Position: Recruitment Consultant Location: Trezzo sull'Adda Responsibilities include: Research and selection of candidates, managing the recruitment process. Consult clients on their hiring needs, recommending suitable profiles. Handle contracts, extensions, and renewal dates, as well as employment documents and incident reporting. Publish job offers on major portals, maintain candidate databases, present selected candidates to clients. Manage post‐placement activities and follow‐up. Requirements: Experience in employment agencies or structured HR environments. Degree in humanities or economics preferred. Strong interest in HR and dynamic personality. Good command of English (international work environment). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Team‐working skills, goal orientation, flexibility, and organizational ability.
